High quality, affordable, full-service audiology and speech services. Screenings, evaluations, and education for all ages by our credentialed professionals. Our audiologists can also fit and repair hearing aids.
New Hope Housing Program

Helping people get back on their feet after experiencing a loss of housing. We'll help you set goals, overcome barriers and learn what resources are available in the community to help you stay housed.
WIC

Education and support for your children from birth to age 5. With a focus on prenatal, breastfeeding and the developing child, you receive nutritious food and referral services to provide a healthy start in life.
Weatherization

Improve the energy efficiency of your home and reduce your energy costs. A home inspection identifies repairs or replacements such as sealing for air leaks, insulation, appliances, furnaces and even lightbulbs.
Save the Dream

Help for Homeowners. If you own your home, are experiencing financial difficulties and have had a Covid-19 hardship, we can help you with utility and mortgage payments, taxes, HOA fees and more.
Ohio Governor's Imagination Library

Start your in-home library! All Ashtabula County children birth to age 5 are eligible to receive a free book delivered to their home each month. Early literacy is the key to kindergarten preparedness.
Homemaker Program
We can provide caring Homemakers to do light housekeeping, laundry, and basic errands, done in your home if you are age 60 and older and live in the Ashtabula and Jefferson area.

Emergency Broadband Benefit

A monthly discount program available to provide internet service to your home if you are income eligible. Help finding the provider in your area and working through the sign-up process.
Senior Nutrition Program

Hot, nutritious meals either delivered to homes via Meals on Wheels or at our dining sites. The Village Table in Jefferson also boasts a full-service restaurant which includes catering.
Home Repair Program
Small home repair programs to help homeowners maintain the health and safety conditions of their residence. Program assists with grab bars, disability modifications, roof repair, and electrical repairs.

Head Start

A school-readiness program for families with children age 0-5. Home visits, developmental classrooms, socializations and parent meetings offered at various sites throughout the county.
Energy Assistance

A one-time benefit applied directly to your utility or bulk fuel bill. Available payment plan through PIPP; and seasonal assistance with heating and cooling through Summer and Winter crisis programs.
LIH Water Assistance Program

Assists with disconnected service or a disconnection notice on the water and sewer bills. We can also help to establish water and sewer service and pay to transfer service.
Home Visiting Program

A meet-you-where-you-are program for families with children age 0-5. Healthcare professionals provide education, supplies and referrals to support healthy child development
Dragon Empowerment Center

A Community Learning Center based in our school district that provides resources to students, families and the community enabling children to come to school, ready to learn. Services include food, clothing, supplies, dental services, tutoring services and more.
